What is IPTV and how does StreamAussie work?

How many channels and titles does StreamAussie include?

Does StreamAussie include an EPG (program guide)?
Yes, every plan includes a full electronic program guide (EPG) so you can see what's on now and what's coming up across the channel lineup.
What's the difference between M3U and Xtream Codes?
Both are standard ways of delivering IPTV channels to your app. M3U is a playlist link; Xtream Codes is a login (server, username, password) entered directly into the app. StreamAussie supports both — see our Installation Guide for setup steps.
Pricing & Payment
How much does StreamAussie cost?
Plans start from A$16.99/month, with better value on longer terms down to A$6.67/month on the 12-month plan. Full pricing is on the Subscription page.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card, PayPal and bank transfer are all supported, processed through secure payment gateways with instant confirmation.
Is there a contract or does it auto-renew?
No — there's no rolling contract. Each plan simply runs for its stated length, and you decide whether to renew when it ends.
Can I upgrade to a plan with more device connections later?
Yes, you can move to a higher-connection plan at any time. Contact us and we'll work out the difference based on time remaining on your current plan.

Devices & Setup
Which devices work with StreamAussie?
Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Hisense, TCL), Amazon Firestick/Fire TV, Android boxes and phones, Apple TV/iPhone/iPad, Windows and Mac, plus MAG and Enigma2 receivers.
How long does activation take after I pay?
Most orders are activated within 5-15 minutes. You'll receive your credentials, playlist link and a setup guide by email as soon as payment is confirmed.
Which app should I use — IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate?
IPTV Smarters Pro works on the widest range of devices including iOS. TiviMate has a more polished TV-guide interface but is Android TV/Fire TV only. See our IPTV Smarters Pro guide and TiviMate guide for a full comparison.
My stream keeps buffering — what can I do?
Check your connection speed, connect your TV via Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi where possible, and try switching your router's DNS to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8). If it persists, reach out to support — we're online 24/7.
Legal & NBN Performance
Is IPTV legal in Australia?
IPTV as a technology is legal — it's the same delivery method used by Foxtel Go, Kayo and other licensed streaming services. What matters is whether the provider holds the rights to the content it distributes. See our full legal breakdown for details. Will StreamAussie work on my NBN connection?
Yes — StreamAussie is tested on real NBN 50 and NBN 100 connections across every state and territory. For HD we recommend at least 10 Mbps, and for 4K at least 25 Mbps.

Does StreamAussie cover NRL and AFL specifically?
Yes — NRL, AFL, State of Origin and major international sport including Premier League, UFC and boxing PPV are all included in the standard channel lineup. See the Sports page for the full breakdown. Do I pay extra for PPV events like fight nights?
No — PPV coverage, including UFC and major boxing events, is included in your regular subscription with no separate charge.

Do you offer a reseller program?

How much can I earn as a reseller?
